Stories
Renee and Patricia
Renee, from NYC, was vacationing in San Francisco. While there she visited
a museum display of antique Japanese furniture. By chance Renee struck
up a conversation with another viewer of the exhibit, Patricia, who lives
in San Francisco. They had never met prior to this.
The conversation naturally centered on furniture. Patricia offered that
some of the antique furniture in the exhibit reminded her of a desk and
chair that she had commissioned from an artist in Maine. Renee added that
her son also had commissioned a dining room suite from a Maine artist.
Well, I'm guessing that you know what is coming. My furniture was the
common link between these 2 strangers who lived 3000 miles apart!
I love that story.
